Design

We architect the future state.

Deploy

We install it, prove it, and hand it over.

What “Deploy” actually includes.

The implementation may be different for every business. The delivery discipline is not. We do not call a system complete because it worked in a demo; it must be validated, documented, assigned to an owner, and measurable in production.
